I was invited by Quickbase, a Boston-based low-code platform, to illustrate the concept of gray work, repetitive and invisible tasks that slow down team productivity. The goal was to create clean, clear visuals to help explain how Quickbase solves this problem through smart automations and streamlined workflows.
